2Account Registration & Management

One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account on bkbet1. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and funds may be forfeited.

• Correct date of birth
• Valid email address (optional but recommended)

Account Security

3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation (KYC)

Bkbet1 collects age verification information at registration. However, identity verification (KYC) may be required at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal.

Documents Required for KYC

• ID: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (electricity or gas) or bank statement (within the last 3 months)
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot confirming that the mobile banking number is registered in your name

KYC document verification is normally completed within 24–48 hours of submission. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

5Betting Rules

If a Match is Cancelled or Suspended

• If a match is cancelled entirely, the full stake is refunded
• Bets are void if the match does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time
• Partial matches (at least 90% completed) are generally settled

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in Live Betting. The odds displayed at the time you place your bet are final — if there is a delay, you may be given the option to confirm your bet at the updated odds.

Maximum Bet Limit

Each event has a maximum bet limit, which varies by sport type and VIP level. bkbet1 reserves the right to restrict or reject any bet.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus offer at bkbet1 comes with its own specific terms. The general rules are outlined below — however, be sure to read the individual terms listed on each offer's page.

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal
• Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus
• Once a bonus expires, it and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed

• Registration using false information
• Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found
• Failure to pass age verification
